Free parking is available right in front of our studio!

 

 

When to Arrive

 

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, settle in, and get comfy. We keep a tight schedule to respect every family’s time, so late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

 

 

Payments & Deposits

 

• A 20% deposit was collected at the time of booking.

• Your remaining balance will be due at your appointment. We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and tap-to-pay. If you plan to pay in cash, please bring exact change as we don't always have change on hand.

 

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

 

We totally understand life happens!

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your original confirmation email or call us at least 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ / late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.

How to Prepare

 

• Hydrate! It's very important that you drink plenty of water for 3–5 days before your appointment for clearer images. Just like you need the ultrasound gel to generate images, you need an ample amount of amniotic fluid surrounding your baby to generate images as well! 

• Eat a light snack about 20-30 minutes before your scan to help baby be more active.

• Wear a two-piece outfit so your belly is easy to access.

• Invite family/friends to join — just let us know ahead if you plan to bring a group!
